NISHA brings together an in-house R&D team, a database of 10,000+ ingredients and EU manufacturing. We develop each formula with ingredient quality, a clear point of difference, production feasibility and future scale-up in mind — drawing on first-hand beauty and brand-building experience.

Every project is priced individually, with costs structured across formula development, testing and production. You invest in the project in stages as it progresses, rather than paying the full development and production budget upfront. Packaging and optional services are priced separately unless included in your quote, and the final production price is confirmed once the formula, packaging and production volume have been agreed.

Custom formulation and testing typically take around 6–8 months before production begins. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the formula, feedback rounds, required testing and packaging readiness. Production timing is confirmed separately. If you need to launch sooner, explore our Private Label products.

Yes. You receive an initial laboratory sample and up to two rounds of refinements, giving you the opportunity to assess the product and shape the final result with our R&D team. Major changes to the approved product direction may require a revised quote.

The MOQ depends on the formula, production method, filling requirements and packaging. We can provide an early estimate to help you assess the project’s feasibility and confirm the final MOQ once the product and packaging are approved.

The identical final formulation developed for your brand is not offered to other clients. Formula & Technology Transfer, which allows the formulation to be manufactured elsewhere, is available as a separate option and is not included in the standard R&D fee. The applicable timing and terms are set out in your project offer.

We can handle testing, packaging and label design, as well as provide selected regulatory support, as part of your project. These services are scoped and priced separately unless included in your quote. The standard R&D fee covers the agreed formulation work and laboratory samples.

Our database of 10,000+ ingredients includes a wide range of natural-origin materials and specialist actives, including selected ingredients with clinically proven benefits. If you have a specific natural-origin target, want organic ingredients or require certification, tell us in your brief so our R&D team can assess what is technically achievable.

Yes. We can help you explore packaging options that suit your product and sustainability goals. The final choice depends on compatibility with the formula, supplier availability and MOQ. Packaging costs are confirmed once a suitable option has been selected.
